Rubber and plant mucus

Please tell me there is a way to do this without hours cutting ferns. I tried daffodils but they are so rare, and you dont always get seeds so have not been able to get a regular batch of them growing. Surely there is another way to get rubber that is more reliable?

Yes there is.. get dandelion seeds ;)

Sorry, I meant dandelions not daffodils. The dandelions are way too rare. Found 2. planted them. got 1 seed from the new dandelions, then planted that, got no more seeds. Not seen another dandelion since.

When you plant them thay will get 2/4 phases. chop them then there in "breeding" phase than you will get more seeds

you can get lots of mucus from in the desert from cactus they drop a lot

Trust me once you get a large plot full of dandelions. you will have to many rubber

How do you harvest the plant twice without making it dissappear the first time? I dont understand.

Go to any farm POI that has yellow loot boxes. I come home with 200-400 rubber each time. These areas are pretty easy to fight so long as you have a firearm

Hey, we found out that female avatars get more plant sap, berries and co. when collecting ferns, bushes and dandelions, than male avatars.
I have a female avi and my teammate has a male avi, both of us went out with and without a sickle and at the end of our round I had always more than him.

Harvest when there in "breading" phase and you will just get seeds. Harvest when there fully grown you will get mucus
P.s use a Sickle if you didn't already know
P.s.s if you look at them when you plant them press "H" for more information it will tell you what phase there in. Seeding or breeding you wona chop them in breeding phase for more seeds

Solution:

Play on a server with higher harvest rates.

Check farms with barns often, they sometimes have small loot crates containing 20-30 rubber and/or tape. completely changes the game if you can find these. check inside barns and search the large holes at the top sometimes boxes are there.
