Release QoL Patch

After seeing a few people play, I wanted to make this patch to make things a little more enjoyable:

- Passive abilities show up next to your other abilities, so you can remind yourself of how they work.
- Buying a rank of a perk automatically equips it so you don't forget to equip it.
- Fixed a bug where trying to use a controller would make your targeting reticle disappear until restart.

[BUG][FIXED] Commando Perks Cause Game to Stall

Thanks to BigBhalu, we've found a bug where getting stacks in some of Commando's tiers causes the game to not start properly. I'm currently working on a fix!

[BUG] [FIXED] Room 5 (Wrecking Ball) Infinite XP

Thanks to ItsNeadinoo, I've seen that there's an infinite XP bug in the Wrecking Ball room. It's up to you if you want to exploit it, but I'll be working on a fix as soon as I can!

[ v0.20.2 build] Not yet an Edge master, so I'll settle for Edge lord

Been trying out edge in the v0.20.2 build. Wanted to share my approach for Edge Edge Lord Gameplay Getting kills If you listen to your therapist, you know there's power in being Vulnerable. This build rushes Vault surges and for kills generally relies on: Vault --> Run Through to score kills early.
