How do I change my rendering device?

Okay, so I have 2 GPUs; a nVidia GT 750M and an integrated Intel HD 4600.

It keeps saying that the rendering device is my Intel HD 4600, even though in nVidia Control Panel I set my primary as the 750M, and I did that specifically for the program.

However, it's not working out for me at all. So please help.

P.S, don't give me that "uninstall your Intel GPU" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because that's how I ended up bricking my laptop. It didn't work.

Try this: ( this is a known problem with laptops )

MY PRIMARY DISPLAY ADAPTER IS NOT DETECTED BY THE GAME!
Most likely you need to create a profile for the game in the display adapter settings and make sure the profile is set to use the primary display adapter. If you're using NVIDIA Optimus, create a new profile in the NVIDIA Control Panel under 3D Settings/Manage 3D Settings for the game, and make sure that 'High-Performance NVIDIA processor' is selected as the preferred graphics processor in Program Settings. For AMD users, the process is pretty much the same. Furthermore, if your laptop has an on-board switch for selecting between Stamina and Speed modes, make sure that Speed is selected; the primary displayer adapter is available only in the Speed mode.

could also try bios mode for primary adapter change it there :)

I've found that as long as you set your default setting to be use nvidia graphics that the nvidia graphics takes over once the game starts anyway.
Or alternatively right click it and click run with graphics processor and choose nvidia.

I discovered my nvidia graphics takes over the game by running tests, even though it only has the option of intel when you launch the game. I think the problem comes from them using the same launcher they used for FlatOut 2.

You should be able to run the game really well with a 750m.

this doesn't work for me it is still using mij integrated grafics

hi, I played 50 hours in game just fine. Now after some updates, game doesnt recognise my GPU and sets render device cpu grafics. The game is now unplayable for me. I tried to change it, but i cant. Thanks for help

thanks, worked for me too. I can play wreckfest again. I dont know if its coincidence or some ♥♥♥♥ carma but I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wrecked 2 doors on my real car over 2k EUR damage :( :(
