Crash N Burn?

Does anyone remember that game? Original Xbox, PS2, this game reminds me a lot of that, and it was awesome. It had so much car customization the soundtrack was cool, taking people out and watching the cars pile up like in the Jacsepticeye videos I saw of this remind me of it so much. Anyone else remember that game? I kinda hope it takes that route, giving all sorts of customization but also making it rediculously fun, explosions fire and debris everywhere. This game has the debris and the amazing car body physics, but it could use more fire and explosions from what I have seen. May get this when I see it progress further and I get more cash.

I've never played it but looking into it I don't see any similarities between it and NCG...

I mostly wrote that out of nostalgia, and I hope you arent meaning the space one from like NES. The xbox and PS2 were just racing games and demolition derby with customizeable cars that as you raced and took out opponents your car got damaged, lost parts and they would be littered everywhere. In that jacksepticeye video I mentioned, they even had a figure 8 track with ramps in the middle, just like the LA X1 (or X2) track from Crash N Burn. Obviously this is taking a more realistic approach, but they are still pretty similar.
