Local multiplayer?

I see it says "Multiplayer" and "Online Multiplayer".

Can I hook up a couple PS4 controllers through my PC and place with friends via splitscreen? (I have a PS4 controller app if the game doesn't recognize the controller by itself)

the game dose not have a Splitscreen , can hook up a 1 PS4 Controllers by going to setting and go to the controls and says keyboard and change it to wireless Controller

I honestly don't know why games do not do split screen. This game seems awesome, but the fact I can't play with a few buddies in the same room is what is holding me back from buying... even full price.

I agree. My friends and I used to play destruction derby RAW, and other such games ALL the time back in the day. Absolutely loved them.

If the price goes down (not that it needs to right now, I want the Devs to get their money!) I will probably pick this up eventually. If it did have local multiplayer (even just another 1 person) I wouldn't hesitate to buy it. Unfortunately my friends don't game on the PC. If this was on PS4 then heck yeah we all would buy it :)

Otherwise the game does look pretty awesome.

Sometime splitscreen are simply not possible , when i see the physics and all objects flying in the air in this game , maybe 1 computer can't Run this for 2 players on the same pc

Yeah I could understand that for sure. It makes perfect sense! In the screenshots/videos, there are tons of "particles" so to speak flying everywhere.

Maybe I need to just convince them to get PCs.

OR... just get it and play with random people online :)

Would minimizing the particle effects or tuning down the graphics for 4 player help? I don't quite understand how an xbox used to be able to do 4 player without an issue and computer versions can't.

I went PC cause PC was awesome, but now I'm regretting it because all the sweet locals were on console. Consoles suck now for local. Halo campaign? Yes. Gears campaign? Yes. Racing games 4 player? Yes.

Utter disappointment? Yes ! -_-

such an easy feature to have, years and years of game building without a feature that really makes a difference in a current game, without multplayer split screen the game has no fun
