If current trends in gaming are anything to go by, probably none. GTA V is already going to be remastered for PS5 with new content that PCs won't be getting so enjoy the present state of the video game industry, I guess.

I assume PC version will get the dynamic dirt on vehicles ( only thing I see there that PC can't have or do now ). But may have to be a graphic setting option, since wimpy PCs label to choke on dynamic dirt on vehicles.

Is good see 24 player online coming to a console. :) Hope that 24 players work in player hosted lobby on the PS5, like it does on the PC side.
