2. Wreckfest is not FlatOut.

Also legally Bugbear can not use the Flatout name. The rights to the Flatout name was owned by Empire Interactive, not Bugbear, sold to Zoo Games and now badddd publisher Strategy First has the rights to the Flatout name. :(
