If you ended up liking this game, then you may consider to get these.
If wanting to only do online, then getting season passes can get better cars to use than a stock C class Rocket starter car. But be warned, I think most DLC cars still will need some upgrading to get to their highest class number.
It just gives you waaaay more variety with the cars. The Base game cars are mostly more normal banger cars. The DLC cars are way more experimental in their looks. I really like some of them and others i dont care so much for.
You also get more rims and wacky stuff to put on all the cars (big Hat, a Turd etc.)
If you want it but are not too crazy about it - wait until the seasons are on steam sale.
