Report a translation problem
Click Multiplayer.
Click Create Server then select the options you want -
Select track: Fairfield County is good, too hard to hit those little suckers on a large track.
Server options -
Server Name: Pick a name
Password: Set a password if you want to prevent people from joining ie single player
Event type: Choose event type
Max Players: Increase max players to allow as many bots as you want
Car Restriction: Host's Car
Disable Special Vehicles: No
Click Back
Click Create on bottom left.
In chat type /bot repeatedly until you have as many bots as you want.
I'm pretty sure no one can see your server unless you set up your router first so probably no need to set a password.
