'Cash For Crashes' achievement too vague(?)
Hi, I've nearly completed the game already but for some reason even though I'm certain I've earned over 50,000 credits in-game, I haven't been given the 'Cash For Crashes' achievement.

The description currently suggests that you have to earn 50,000 credits during your career but it doesn't say anything else, such as you need 50,000 to spend or any other details like that.

However since I haven't gotten the achievement yet, I'm having the feeling that you have to accumulate 50,000 credits as I mentioned above since I'm sure I've spent over 50,000 credits on cars and upgrades combined, just the achievement description only suggests that you have to "earn" the credits, not "accumulate" them.

I would appreciate if this was clarified as this can confuse some players and it had confused me. Thanks in advance

That achievement is EXACTLY what it says.

You must accumulate 50,000 in credits, simple as that.

I have explained this the only way I know how......

"earned" equals all the cash you have saved PLUS all the cash you have spent
if it says "earned" it should mean "earned" if they want you to save 50K
it should say" SAVE" 50,000 credits, NOT "earn" 50,000

There are finite numbers when you go into the game, one of them is Credits the other is XP.
The credits are the "cash" , you either have 50,000 or you don't.
You spend a fair amount of credits on vehicles and upgrades , also.
You may have spent a lot of you credits on those things.

I was wondering the same thing too, does that mean I need to have 50,000 credits at one point in time in order to unlock the achievement, because I have earnt many more than 50,000 credits in 100 hours of gameplay.

The title and description does make sense to a very good extent. The only problem I'm having is understanding how the game gets the achievement.

Do I have to earn 50,000 credits in total (including the credits you've spent) or have them stacked up, in other words, when you have 50,000 credits in the bank and ready to spend?

It would be much better if the game earns you the achievement once you've earned 50,000 but I feel that the game was coded to give you the achievement if you have 50,000 credits or more ready to spend.

I can't see myself accumulating 50,000 credits for quite some time, with such expensive cars and upgrades...

Just boot the game up and look.
The credits are shown at the start of the game, along with your Level and XP.
You must have those credits showing on that screen, not invested in 10+ vehicles and upgrades, armor and livery options.

Ah, so basically you need to accumulate 50,000 credits in order to get the achievement. That is what I'm trying to say, the achievement description is too vague with how the game wants you to get 50,000 credits and in my opinion it should be tweaked so it makes it clearer for new players.

Thank you for your help anyhow :)

If a dev comes across this thread, please fix the achievement description to reflect what you're actually supposed to do. Thanks :)
