Star challenge on 1st race Pro Banger Brawl impossible

Wreck 3 opponents is impossible to do in 3 laps.
OK with spin 3 opponents.
Been trying to do this all day and only wrecked 1.
Also set up realistic damage.

Guess I am not the only one who hates how short the races are.... honestly, the stars don't offer anything special... just ignore them till the devs revamp the scoring system. Which I recently gave feedback on... I really hope they read steam forums...

I might be wrong, but I think I saw one of the Tips saying that to "wreck" an opponent you just need to push them into something that stops them dead, like a pole or a rock or some other object; not completely take them out of the race.

No, "wreck" means to destroy them... "crash out" I think means to do what you are refering to... it doesn't matter anyhow... it's 50/50 chance you will get scored for "crash outs" ... and it's way to hard to totally wreck openents during a normal race with 3 laps, unless its like a figure 8, or a track that will make you face them... even then it takes a good 6 laps to achieve "wrecks".

I see. I don't try to do the "star" requirements unless it's something simple. Even trying to spin opponents can be more trouble than it's worth.

You should be able to wreck those three during all three heats, so for example one in each heats. If the game doesn't remember the wrecks from previous heats then it's a game bug.

I did not know it was over 3 heats.
I did it but it was just luck.

No it still seems to remember your score through each heat... So no real game bugs here.

Now that I remember, for this race, I would buy that huge SUV, armor it up, max out its upgrades, then PLOW THROUGH YOUR OPENENTS LIKE GRASS!!!

Years later and this is still a problem. Currently on that figure eight pro career race with 3-3-6 laps and I barely manage to get a single wreck in and that while not even considering being first position since combining both is literally impossible. And you have to keep in mind staying at least in the first 12 positions or you are out.

Barely any car gets wrecked in these 3 round races either by me or the ai. Its just too short. Its also beyond annoying if you help wrecking a car but you do not get a point for it but only the ai that crashed into it randomly after you did like 80% of the job. Really should have been reduced to a single wrecked opponent or just change the system that helping to wreck opponents also counts.

Maybe its just me but im trying to 100% the career with all 1st position and all side missions fullfilled. But gotta say, some of these missions really seem badly thought out and for others I had to do the career race twice to get both the side missions and 1st place in every race since doing them together is close to impossible.

I'm trying to 100% the solo aswell, and getting stuck at the Ultimate Bangers Oval (World Series).
I have to wreck 3 opponents on a medium oval with only 6 laps. And this a one event of course !
I manage to get 1 often, 2 when I'm lucky but never 3.
