The colours are all inverted. What is supposed to be red is now blue and whats supposed to be blue is red.
I am riding beneath blue dirt into a red sky. Steam screenshot (F12) is not able to capture it.
Please help.
Known solutions thread for fixes to problems running NCG and Sneak Peek.[community.bugbeargames.com]
If this not the problem you seeing Swaghetti, give the rest of know solution thread a look, see if you find a fix.
Is this happening on any other games?
If no, lower settings (turn off MSAA) and try again.
If it happens in others then you may need to clean install new graphics drivers.
Verify the game files to check the installation is good.
I assembled my system in march. And because of the current GPU pricing I had choosen the ryzen 5 2400g with the intergrated vega graphics. The windows 10 instalation is clean and new too. The drivers are up to date, according to AMD auto update.
Every other game, like for example Rainbow 6, is running fine on high quality and 60 fps.
Wreckfest was running fine too at first. In fact it is still running at 60 fps, just in the wrong colour scheme. Both games at 55°C max.
Strange thing is, that I can´t capture it in an scrennshot. But even in the loading screen, after starting the game, the small ghost in the BUGBEAR logo is blue and the Q in THQ is blue too.
I tried to take a screenshot with the windows snippin tool and the colours came out fine on this one also. So I figured out, that the problem had to be between the monitor and the output.
Giving the HDMI cable a small wiggle and now everything is as it should be again *sigh
Thanks for the help again.
The only question left is: why wasnt anything else (desktop, steam, firefox, youtube ... ) affected?
Thanks for this. Its one of the many common issues we clean forget about. Great work.
Also very helpful to know that 2400G plays nice with Wreckfest. I appreciate that info.
