Is this game purely online?

Or does it have a campaign/career mode you can play? Just wondering since there doesn't seem to be a lot of players, and what there are I assume is due to the sales, incase the playerbase drops down - I just wanna know if I could keep enjoying the game despite low players, in singleplayer or a career mode? Thanks!

Wreckfest does have a career mode that keep ya busy for a while. Then you can do your own custom races offline with AI. Want see if you can survive a 60 lap derby fig8 race?
