The reason the locked car/driver thing worked so well in the Flatout games is because they were well defined characters. They had a specific look for both their cars and the character, both Picture and driver model. In Wreckfest that's never been the case, You cant even customize your driver, not that I'm knocking that mind you its perfectly fine given its not a focus of the game at all who you are doesnt matter in this game so to speak, so why lock the AI's to certain names that I'm guessing most players of the game really couldn't damn about? if its because of consoles I get it they're not as editable as PC but why turn the PC version which has had and supported the game for years into a carbon copy of the console version, They're very different things and its okay to have slight differences between the two.
