[SPOILERS] What is the Nilin's story before Episode 0?

What is the Nilin's story before Episode 0?
Why she is in the prison? C'mon, she is the daughter of the New World Order famiy. Why they allowed to flush her memory in the first place?

Was it Edge's masterpiece plan; to frame her for something (Frank's death), get her busted, to clean her brain and to make her to do exactly as he need it, following the plan?

Is there a background story? Some logic explanation? Is she a very bad person before flushing?
Is there any explanation of it in the Comic book which is comming with consolse version of the game?

It's not the case.

She's killed Frank just like that in the game. It wasn't done by Edge's order.
In the E3 demo 2012 she did it by Edge's order. But in the game it's all was deleted, so we have no information why she really did it now or was she the part of Errorists Group at all.

I don't see the point of being recruited by the terrorists if you are Princess of Darkness (M3MORIZE) already. C'mon the CW corporation is her already be default. She just need to wait till parents will die or remix them while she have access as a family member to each facility.

What is the point to wipe her out, and to pretend that the is just one of thousands to make her way to the leaders of CW family for remixing?

Bad guys, good guys -- everyone knows who she is really. Why the parents allowed Madame to get her wiped out in the first place? Charles can take his first guinea pig any moment and remix her in any possible way, if she was a rebel teenager. What is the point of everyone's representing the law to send her to the prison, where memories are wiped out and prisoners becoming leapers? She owns them all as heir of CW cartel.

Same point backward, since she is CW heir what is the point to join terrorist and to work out from the lowest level for her ruining it all?

I suppose she've killed Frank by someone's order or because she was crazy pshyco babe.
Then Edge set her up, so cops will get her. So he can "release her" and to use as he is needed with her talents and role in CW family.
But even with this, I don't understand why Madam, which is serving CW's family wiping out their only heir.

I don't think so. Charles is locked about Nilin and Scylia. Searching all the time to fix them. He got her memoroies from the prison transfer. So Madame kept part in bank and sent the rest to Charles. Everyone knew about that their own daughter is the jail and flushed. No action. Why?

Why he is trying to find a way to fix them, if he can to lose Nilin at all if she didn't escape from the cell.
Also, she is not gifted with remix, she is a student. So she spent a lot of time with papa to master the remix trick. So, I doubt that she ran away in the first place with that talent.

The game doesn't really go into how Nilin gets recruited by the Errorists/Edge. Likewise, how or why she ends up in prison isn't really explained. It could be because of her involvement in Forlan's suicide, but that's not explicitly stated. I think her parents allowed her to be imprisoned because she had rejected their worldview. It's likely that Edge may have had a role in her imprisonment. All of this is speculation, though. Hopefully, there will be a sequel which fills in some of the gaps.

Also, this is one of the rare games I would read a novelization of if it added details and backstory to the characters.
