Stuck very early on at 'use mouse to look around'

Right at the start, in what I assume is the start of a tutorial phase, you are kneeling on the floor and a picture of a mouse appears and the text to ue it to look around. However the mouse is only moving a little way either side when moved and that picture and text never dissappear and you are stuck forever.

I have a USB mouse. A logitech G9x. Windows 7 64 bit.

Probably you already will have solved it by yourself, but the mouse controls are a bit odd at that point. Basically you have to look up and right to the hovering robot. The mouse tries to recenter all the time so you have to move it up and right and hold the view there for 2 seconds. Then the game continues. This is unfortunately a leftover from the console programming where it is much easier to hold one of the thumbsticks in the right position.

Move your mouse (badly implementet mouse controls makes it feel vary unresponsive, but it is doable) so you are looking at the drone until the eye appears, and keep it there for a while, it will promt you when you have looked at it long enough.

Thank you :) I really really do wish that developers actually wrote a totally seperate pc interface for these games rather than adapt a console one. It would save a lot of grief and prevent some games from being very hard to play on a PC. This happened in FF14 and eventually they had to rewrite a complte new interface for the PC. I think it would be much easier to do this right from the start than have to do it once the game is launched.

The mouse is too unresponsive to play this. I like the look of the game but the mouse makes this unuseable and as a PC user I am not used to controllers and really dislike them. So I am now stuck waiting for a patch to fix this.
