Fatal error while Madame fight

It happen at second stage of fighting (1/2 hp), twice already.
Error message:

Fatal error!

Address = 0x1a2aca7 (filename not found) [in D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Remember Me\Binaries\Win32\RememberMe.exe]

Any solution??

I lower every video setting, and problem solved, don't know why

I didn't enocunter that error, but I would probably try to verify the integrity of my files. But good to hear that you found a way around the problem already.

After few trying, I realized lower resolution is enough to solve the issue

Ye I got that, it's still weird though. What resolution are you playing in, if I may ask? I'm running it at 4k and never ran into such an Issue.

But how should i lower the resolution if i cant get ito the options cause the game crash after the "CapcomLogo"
