Kernelbase.dll is is an OS core library file.
0x00000001 is APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, which is a stop error I've never run into myself before. It seems to be uncommon but can have numerous possible causes.

Are you overclocking or did you just happen to check the CPU frequency when it was at max turbo boost?
If you're overclocking, reduce to defaults.
Make sure your OS, all drivers and redistributables are up to date.
Even though your RAM ia 1600Mhz you might consider reducing 1333Mhz for testing purposes
I'm ranting a little bit, but I am grateful for your help and the link. I'll look at the other causes and solutions first, since I would consider the downgrade to stock clock as accomodating a broken game. Been using this new PC build since July and ran many games just fine with no hiccups.
I'm not "implying" anything. I don't know if you're actually overclocking or not, but it's troubleshooting 101, reduce to default clock speeds if you have problems.
If you don't, it's like ignoring a flat tire and focusing on the engine when your car is performing like crap.
you have to download physic X
