If you want to know my opinion: Great game :D
My only complaint is here we have a female, half black lead and is an interesting character and this game got almost no press.
Better avoid this one!
Kotaku: This Is Why Remember Me Is a Great Piece of Science Fiction
"Maybe you’re on the fence about Remember Me, the cyberpunk action/platformer hybrid that came out this week. Critical reaction to the Capcom-published title has been all over the map, but Kotaku video editor Chris Person and I found a lot to like about it..."

Kotaku: Top Ten Games of 2013
"...This first effort from Dontnod Entertainment clearly needed more time in the oven but I was wholly won over by the fantastic world-building and overarching conceit in Remember Me. Clunkiness aside, the game's signature Memory Remix sequences delivered moments that I'd never played in a game before. Here's hoping we haven't seen the last of Nilin."

The first of the two Kotaku pieces is particularly useful, as it contains a link to a compilation of reviews & scores (scores ranging from 40/100 to 90/100) that attempts to give a representative sampling of the wide range of opinion on this particular game.
I personally did not like the game. I gave it an hour of gameplay before never picking it back up again.
Originally I was sold on the gameplay idea of "reversing memories" but instead, the gameplay is yet another one-man band combat simulator. Developers should have focused more on the memory aspect of gameplay. That's more interesting than combat that really should not be in this game.
