We’re actively working behind the scenes to make the game available as soon as possible. Right now, we don't have a confirmed update yet on when it will appear — it could happen at any moment, even today, or it may still take some additional time.
As soon as we have any news, we’ll let you know immediately.
Thank you again for standing with us — it truly means a lot.
We want to provide you with an update to be as transparent as possible on where we are with La Quimera.
As many of you know, we didn’t hit our window to launch last week due to technical hurdles which impacted our ability to get the game live. While we initially strove for a quick resolution, the situation required more time and care than we anticipated. We intended to keep communications clear but also chose to wait it out until we had an update to share, but waiting it out caused more misunderstandings. We’ve been focused on working through how to get the game live.
From the beginning, La Quimera was envisioned as a large, complete journey. As an independent game developer, we’ve had to make certain pivots. When our original plans didn’t come together as intended, we adapted by preparing a smaller, self-contained release with the continuation to follow.
In the critical window of time leading up to launch, we found ourselves also questioning how to best do justice to the world, story, and experience we wanted to share. The unexpected delay became the final push for us to make the decision to shift La Quimera into Early Access for this initial launch – and we plan to release the game as soon as we resolve the technical complications we encountered.
The Early Access version delivers a deep and meaningful first part, fully playable in solo or co-op, and sets the stage for everything that will follow. That said, we know there’s more the game needs to deliver on for its vision and promise from us.
We’ll expand and polish La Quimera with missions, features, story developments and more including quality of life updates, all of which will help us reach our goal of delivering the full story and experience we originally intended. We know this is a major shift from the expectations we initially set so we hope you can understand and support us. We have seen the feedback which we are taking to heart, and Early Access will allow us to work directly with you, the players, to make La Quimera stronger and richer.
We’re here for the long haul and incredibly grateful to have you with us on this journey.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your support.
- The Reburn Team
We understand how frustrating this uncertainty can be, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. We’ll share more as soon as we have something concrete to report. Thank you again for standing by us.
