Why can't I refund??!! Please help

I have put it on refund for 4 times !!! And everything steam sent me a "we received you refund request" after that I don't get a confirmation from them at all. It usually take 1-7hr for confirmation but it's been 6 days and there is no confirmation from steam at all. And no before anyone says
I'm under 2hr and 14 days mark but if this goes on I will not have the 14 days mark.

You guys can't actually help the op my god... Someone posts a thread and its just common place to attack in "gaming", crazy.

Op you have certain criteria for refund, you have to either have played the game below 2 hours, or if you had the dl on the list for more than I think about 8 days could be more then it goes past the time allocated. Sometimes they will make exceptions. Refunds need to be within a week or so, or within under 2 hours of playtime.
