Please check if you have action_x86.bin or action_x64.bin running in task manager. If so terminate these processes. You can also try to restart your PC. If nothing helps please contact us via private message on Facebook or Steam.
We are working on Scene Maker and Action 5 which will include HDR10 live streaming. As for now we will post a series of tutorials on how to setup advanced streaming with Action 4.
We will soon add a live crash reporting tool so our team can investigate the problems instantly. Hope we will be able to find it and fix. Sometimes something else running in the background can cause problems for us.
We are working hard on making 4K and HDR "bulletproof" before we release Action 5 as it will be the first software to support HDR10 live streaming.
That is strange :/ We will check it in our labs. Were you recording during this time? If so was the recording closed properly?
We still have passion for improving the quality/stability and performance of Action. There is still a lot to do with Scene Maker, HDR10 live streaming (real time VP9/AV1 video encoding support), slow motion instant replay and other cool features. We still have our hands full of work. We also thank everyone for supporting us during all these years! And of course we are working on our hardware PCIe/USB-C capturing device for 5th gen consoles.
Please let us know what streaming service you want to use. Do you have problems with logging in or starting the stream. We will try to help but need more details. Please contact us via private message.
Please find the following file: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Mirillis\action_log.txt and send it to us.
