scroll down to the fix it for me section, and download this, you will be required to restart your PC, once done check to see if you can access the webpage and use the software,
If not go to windows firewall by clicking start and searching firewall, on the left side there is a option saying restore defaults click this and then click restore defaults on the next page, a pop up will come up just click yes and then try to access the website and try using the software again.
this worked for me after some research, hope this works for others too :)
