I FIXED THE AUDIO OUT OF SYNC PROBLEM
This was done on 1.25.3.0 version of Mirillis Action
This worked for me and might work for you.

First of all my Specs:
CPU: AMD A8 5600K
GPU: GeForce GTX 760 OC Windforce
RAM : 8 GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB

My settings will be listed down here so feel free to copy it, this worked for me but might not work for you, im sorry if it doesnt.

Video spoiled before export.
I tried to open a different video editor.
Many do not operate with a closed codec.

Video spoiled. This occurs at the moment of recording.
I downloaded on YouTube exported version.
