BUGS: 2 Bugs with new Avermedia Live Gamer Ultra HDMI 2.1 Capture card

Hello,
I want to report 2 bugs when Action used with external capture card on AMD RDNA3
Capture card: GC553G2, Avermedia Live Gamer Ultra HDMI 2.1

BUG1: when i select 4K/60 the screen frezzes on last frame.
Everything works on 4K/50hz mode

BUG2:
I had my PS5 connected with HDR always on, was testing The Last Of US Part 1 that has Native HDR.
When i select AMD AMF HDR10, all the videos come out as 8Bit, rec.709
Input is 100% HDR, TV shows HDR enabled and on PS5 settings i have Always On HDR

We would need to get this device to check it.
About the second problem. Open Avermedia software and make sure that device is set to capture and save HDR.

Thanks for replay

Live gamer Ultra 2.1 doesn't use avermedia software, I even emailed their customer support after checking the download page, it has no windows driver and no capture software, Avermedia told me to use OBS and sent me a link to a video guide 🤷🏼‍♂️

But they offered me a beta version of ReCentral capture program.

After changing settings in ReCentral, I can capture 10Bit HDR in 720p, if i select any resolution option except (Default) the screen freeze, even if i select the actual 720p resolution.

But if I select Default [which is 720p for some reason], i get 10Bit/HDR file. and ONLY if I select Default, no other mode works.
If i change AMD AMF to just HEVC without HDR most of the resolutions work (except 4K/60, only 4K/50 work), the problem is just with HDR.

The issue is that Action missing some resolution, this device cant capture HDR above 4K/30, but 4K/30 is not on the drop down list, so is 1080p/60.

Please add 4K/30 mode to the resolution list on Action, right now its only shows 4K/50 and 4K/60
Apparently this capture card only supports P010 mode for HDR up to 4K/30, or NV12 for 4K/60.

Same goes for OBS and Recentral, HDR available only for 4K/30 or lower.

EDIT: Im testing all resolutions from the drop down menu:

AMD AMF HDR10 [ReCentral 4K/30 +P010]
FREEZES in ALL resolutions except some weird ones:
Default (actually 720p, file is 10bit, BT2020 HDR)
2560x1080 (120hz) (But file comes as rec 709 8bit)
3440x1440 (60hz) (But file comes as rec 709 8bit)
3840x2160 (50hz) (But file comes as rec 709 8bit)
