How do I record Discord streams?

I tried recording my sounds both in mic and in games/youtube videos, sound works fine. But when I'm recording in screen mode and when my friend over the Discord is talking and streaming at the same time, none of the sounds get recorded.

Make sure the primary and secondary sound devices match up to your mic & desktop audio/have the same name.
After testing - windw and screen recording seems to work fine. as long as i had the right Primary sound device 'system sound' selected & secondary 'mic input' (if you selected the defualts try selecting specific sound devices , if not vice versa.
Settings may change via each different type of recording so double check them and test.

i had a friend test with me 'the talking and streaming at the same time' worked fine with in screen recording & window recording again as long as the right sound device is selected.

Thanks! SteelSeries headphones have a lot of output choices which was really confusing but I found the right one finally.
