Extremely low fps while recording on new system

Well, now i got my RTX 3090, Ryzen 9 5950X and 64GB RAm. Every game works fine so far, for example Stalker Anomaly on max settings over 90 fps. But if i start my recording, the frames drops down to 60 oder 50, maybe less. This is in every game. I am using the same settings like on my old system, but on my old system there was no issue like that. I am recording in AVI normally, but there are so most drops. More than half of the FPS drops. Tried on MP4, there is the drop not so bug, but it is still there. I am recording my games on a seperate SSD, so it can't be a disk problem. Installed all new drivers, for GPU and the others but nothing changed. I was recording on ultra quality on my old system, there was no problem. Now i have better hardware and if i start to record with exactly the same settings my FPS drops from 120 down to 60 for example.

are u turn ON nvidia codec?

Yeah, but i figured it out what the problem was. It was the newest graphics card driver. Installed the prev version and everything runs well now.
