My stream gets pixelated after a while with Action.

I use AMD app because I have an AMD RX480 GPU.
Besides that I have an AMD 8350 cpu, 16GB of ram, and 10 megabit upload.
When I stream I am doing 1080p at 30 fps with a 6 megabit. The same pixaling happens if I use 3 megabits. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? This has happened on older and the lastest version of Action.

This could be your internet or very unlikely it's YouTube being gay. You could try streaming on twitch.tv. Much better service than YouTube livestreaming.

It is not internet related, works fine on 720p. And this a Twitch stream.

Higher the resolution, higher bitrate needed to encode in high quality. Your AMD card may not be able to encode 1080p stream with suitable high bitrate.

I am able to do so with AMD's streaming software and I am able to record normal videos. Is there a way to stream making use of my CPU instead of AMD card?

To encode using your CPU please disable hardware acceleration, but probably that won't help.
In Live Streaming tab change Video size to Original and try increasing bitrate.

I put the maximum bitrate it would allow me to use. I will need to wait until tomorrow to test removing the hardware acceleration.

Using AMD App in Action the image on stream looks all pixelated, with bitrate in the maximum.
In Relive my image looks far away better compaired to Action.
