no sound my capture device

i use avermedia game capture with action screen ok but no sound by my console.
but use rec central sound on

Go to audio settings and select your capture device from audio devices list.

My mistake. Avermedia is probably connected to line-in port. So in audio settings you should select Line-in device.

The easiest way to get the system sounds to record is to set Action! to system DEFAULT. In settings goto the speaker icon - you'll see the setting there. Works especially well with a headset and mic combination. Do the same for your mic (though setting it to the actual device usually does work - unlike the output device).
