FPS Drops?

I get like 240 fps in game but the game stops every 8 seconds or so for like a sec and then no issues again and this keeps happening. is it on my end or ...?

Edit:
A workaround for this problem is turning off ragdoll and turning down the shadows

Hi,

Have you updated your PC/Driver and tried verifying the integrity of the game files?
You can also play with the Vsync by toggling it on and off, maybe that will help as well.

All my drivers are up to date and I tried nearly everything... Vsync on/off didn't do anything

Did you connect to the right servers? There are three or four servers if I'm correct.
Play with the in-game settings as well, the graphics, quality etcetera. Maybe your monitor.

I have the same problem and I tried turning off Ragdoll and it doesn't drop fps anymore

Turn off ragdoll and turn down the shadows... its fixed now for me

So my first match every time I play is a smooth 60fps and then second match every 20 seconds or so I get a 6-8 second lag spike as described anyone figure out how to fix? I know I can run game because first match runs amazing every match after runs like ♥♥♥♥

i did changed my settings but nothing changed fps are still dropping by too much

imma have to necro this cuz, i keep getting frame drops ONLY after kills, i tried changing all settings, i tried forcing my GPU not IGPU to run the game, capped fps idk whatelse to do

Did you try to reduce the quality settings? What is the refreshrate of your Monitor and your fps?
