Graphics problems

ive been having problems with my graphics. trees look look blocks . they are really basic. my card can run battlefield 4 on high. heroes and generals have toldme that my problem is rare and canot do anything.

what if you do have an AMD card what do you do then

does this work now? I'm currently having this problem. I have dedicated graphics card GT 630 (2gb), all works fine but I decided to sell that and use my integrated graphics card, which is the AMD R5 Graphics (built-in video card for A6-7400K CPU). Please help to solve this problem.
