On February 4, 2022, TLM Partners announced that it had acquired Heroes & Generals and related businesses from Reto-Moto.
Reto-Moto later filed a bankruptcy notice on March 7, 2022.
TLM Partners, Inc., a game development company, was acquired by Endava, a global digital transformation company, on August 3, 2023
What does Endava company do? The company offers services with respect to strategy consulting, creative and user interface design, Insight through Data, Mobile and Internet of Things, Systems architecture, Automation, Software Engineering, Test automation, DevOps, Cloud computing, Advanced Application Management and Smart Desk.
I rather doubt they purchased TLM for Heroes & Generals...
No news of H&G since sunset 2023 "officially"
( Other then Endava plc Sued for Securities Law Violations... *cough* *cough*
And that maybe why Endava's numbers Fell in Q1 other then lack of customers in the technology services provider field for clients in the consumer products, healthcare, mobility, and retail verticals.... )
I've seen the info you're asking about... but it was a request to, not a purchase receipt
As far as I can find Endava plc still owns the copyright
Edit: Note:
Other people are now -doing- things with the game(s)... but without the copyright
