Reset password - Still unable to login

I reset my password, I receive the new password in my email, I still cant login. Did it 4 feckin times. Woke up this morning thinking of adding some gold to my account, as there is no game out there I wanna buy right now. But, as I cant even login, I will have to go spend my money somewhere else and find something else to play.

Its been like this for me since yesterday.

If your making your own password I suggest you go on line and and search how to devise a real secure password - I had the same problem when I first started - had to get new password about three times -but once I knew new how to make a great secure password that little hurdle seemed to magically go away - don't ask me why - I know they can assign you one - but they don't want to be any way responsible for any intrusions you may have into your system . I could be totally wrong for why this is and I don't want a debate it, im just trying to help some new players and by the way welcome to H&G 'S . Goodluck .
