The M1941 Johnson is a no go for me unless they limit its numbers. I really do not want the M1 Garand to be replaced in a WWII game. It is a cool gun though.

The M1 Enforcer was not used in WWII.

That is not what i meant. Example, look at the 1941 Johnson LMG and M2 Carbine. The Johnson LMG is a direct upgrade from the BAR in most areas, thus making the iconic WWII weapon obsolete. The M2 Carbine, which saw very little service, replaced the WWII iconic M1 Carbine and Thompson because it is a direct upgrade in most areas. When i said replace i did not mean entirely, i meant that the gun would be significantly more popular than the iconic weapons.


I don't want the M1 Garand to be swept under the carpet for the Johnson rifle. If there was a way to limit the amount of them that were to be available so the M1 wouldnt be replaced, i would support it 100%.

Okay so how would this gun be different to the M1 Garand? The only difference I see is the magazine capacity and how it reloads but other than that it really isn't much different to the Garand

M1 Garand will never be replaced. For one thing, it is a starter weapon. Later on, it would just be the player's choice whether to continue using it or not after gaining access to other weapons.
