About the Testudo helmet
I want historical accuracy. So I want to ask you: Where did they issue that helmet. North Africa or Western Front? If you know how this helmet is called then send me a link because i searched both ww2 helmets and i didn't find and ww2 german helmets.

There is a lot about this game that isn't realistic. I don't think it's trying to be a WWII simulator, and if it is, then it failed a long time ago.

I know I know. What's pissing me off is that they don't have recoil and realistic Rate of Fire or RPM just to ''balance'' the game. Others are good (then you realize one of the helmets they added to the russians is a post-ww2 helmet).

I believe you wouldn't mind reading my wall of text, since you're looking for a historical accurate answer.

I believe the Testudo is roughly based on camo's used on helmets of the Normandy Campaign from the Western front. (It's also know as the 3-color-helmet or Normandy-Camo)
The most common helmet would be the M42, but also the M40 and M35 made use of this pattern (even some M38 did).

In mid 1943 the German high command ordered that a three color camouflaged scheme of tan, green and brown be used in the painting of vehicles and other equipment.
These same paints were used to camouflage helmets as well.

It should be clear that while the use of these three colors for camouflaging helmets was common, there was never a directive from the German military high command to paint helmets in this manor. No officially sanctioned “Normandy camo” existed.

The paint was issued from military stores in tins of concentrated paste which was produced in a manor to be thinned with either water or gasoline. The paint could be either sprayed or brush on. Most where handbrushed, which is why almost every helmet looks different.

The camouflage paints used at Normandy do not confine themselves to distinct hues of tan, brown and green. Some helmets were painted with two colors or just one and sometimes with non-standard military paints that were probably locally sourced.

Some examples of 3-color-helmets with only two colors:
