DirectX 11 BACK

IF you have a DirectX 12 capable setup but experience worse performance than on DirectX 11 you can force the game to run DirectX 11, here's how to do that:
•Go to this folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Heroes and Generals\
•Open the file localsettings.ini in a text editor
•Change the line "render.forcedx11=false"
•to "render.forcedx11=true"
•Save the file

It fixed all performance problems.
Looks like the issue was memory leaking, shame reto shame >:(

It halped to me. You must:
go to game,
change graphic of game (resolution, shadows) - for writing graphic setting in folder word.
Go out of game, maby restart PC.
Go to game and ALT+TAB on white....FILE - Edit localsettings.fy
change "render.forcedx11=false" on "render.forcedx11=true"
Safe word.
Exit game
Restard PC
Its done.
