I've used xpadder for an xbox one controller for planes for a long time, no issues yet.

jays2kings/ds4windows is an XBox 360 emulator for PS4 controller so that ps4 controller can be use on windows. Since both are not supported by H&G, you will not be ban, since you will not be able to use them anyway to play H&G. I guess even an ordinary game pad cannot be used to play H&G. How much more for the above mentioned controllers?
