i can make my semi-guns full auto! RETO HELP!!!
i just just got a new mouse for cheap (3.99 USD) it was being sold as a gaming mouse. (the damned thing can with no manual just bubble wrap and a detachable cord(which is pointless))

i finally found the on switch witch was not where i should be. i seen a semi and full switch as well. i did not know what that meant then but i do now. semi meant you needed to click to shoot even full auto guns, the second option was that you put it to auto and i think the mouse quickly clicks for you, or something.

this is really helpful for my american pera with the m1s and my german "handgun trooper".

my question is is this cheating or hacking or just against the rules? i've only used this mouse for about 3 days and i was wondering if i could be banned for this because i don't want that. i love this game too much to have to start over.

say "cheater" or "fair" in comments so i know if i should stop. if retomoto employee pm me then i will know indefinitely. thanks for reading i've never been one for well formatted letters and stuff sooooo...

Pressing 1or 2 on the keyboard should switch your fire type

I think this is a macro button and Macros aren't allowed in the game. Better turn it off just in case

I am not a Reto Rep, but what you are describing can get you banned.

There have been threads like this one, and they all indicate that this type of mouse is a no-no.

Short answer, if that "feature" on your mouse do the job for you that others players dont have and give you an advantage its a clear no no.

Also autoclick buttons are easily checked in a replay for a moderator if someone reported you for "firing faster than humans can do everytime" awarding you a permaban.

Using macros to turn SA-rifles into automatic weapons, is an old problem. Its cheating and can result in ban. Good idea to ask first imo.
Don't worry though, a modified SA-rifle is just fine without auto fire. When its modified for damage, possible with a scope, its a killer:

My discussion has been up for about 8hrs and it looks unanimous! It's considered cheating and it will probably end up getting me ban. Now my problem is, i can only use semi or full!

Let me explain when i'm dragging and dropping something. In semi mode i can only grab the item once and it releases, even tho i'm holding the left clicker down. In full it does the same thing but instead of it clicking just once per hold, it clicks lots of times. I tryed with a recording and a timer and it seems to be about 10-15 clicks per second-ish. it is probably more because even frame by frame it seemed to do it more.

Well, if you've got an old mouse kicking around somewhere, (I've always had TONS of old mice) you can just use a different mouse to play H&G, then go back to that mouse for whatever else.

I always find it silly that people advocate bans for mouse macros. If it's causing people to fire weapons too fast, just nerf the max RoF of the weapon.

Then that hurts ALL the players in the game, whereas a ban would just hurt the one doign it. I think, a warning and explaination as to why it's wrong, and a short 2-3 day ban would be work, not a perma ban.

(Unless you were being sarcastic, of course.)

If it's overpowering to fire a semi automatic weapon at it's max RoF, just fix the weapon. There's not much sense in punishing players for taking advantage of the weapon's rate of fire.
