-focus on air superiority first aka enemy planes (ignore para planes and ground target )
-stay with teammates
It sure is difficult, agreed. Knowing the map well helps with this sometimes. But the good pilots won't be losing you any time soon. xD
A good wingman is definitely the best thing to have when flying.
my list :
-#1 dont fly alone!
-travel time is important
-evasion is also really important
in heavy its like jumping off a building
Focus enemy fighters.
Always fly low to reduce the chance of being skylined and seen, and only gain altitude when engaging an enemy.
Keep an eye on your teammates and help them.
Learn to fly with only your keyboard when you're looking for a target, so that you keep the mouse free for the orbit camera, the orbit camera is your best friend !
If there are too many enemy dogfighters drop the bomb(s) when you spawn so that you start resupplying right away.
But the most important tip is GIT GUD :P
