14 FPS and forced Intel HD graphics?

I've disabled V-Sync and reduced the lighting quality. I peak at 14 FPS. Also, the game seems to only recognized my Intel HD 4000 and not my NVIDIA GT 650M. Any advice?

What laptop model are you using specifically? We've run into a problem with XNA only reporting integrated graphics on some laptops, but it sounds like you have a newer model.
