Report a translation problem
Inside the archive, you need to open "Data" folder, and there are all the files for languages you need. That's if you want to translate them yourself. So, once you extracted all the files, it's just a matter of time and patience if you want to translate them. After that's done, put those translated files in the language pack you previously installed, but once you open that archive, delete everything in there, and just put the translated files in the archive.
Keep in mind that it will work only if you have the archive full of folders, meaning "Data", then all the other folders ("messages", "translations") and files inside "Data" folder. Then open up "Scripts" folder, there are a few files you also need to translate ".des". Once that's done, put the newly created "Scripts" folder inside the language pack archive and that's it.
Also, keep in mind that the language archive needs to be in the game folder, where "All_01.gro" is located and the game loads the archive by default.
Hope it helps.
