Ugh Zan 3 sunk into the floor, softlocking my Serious Difficulty Run

So I may have taken Ughy to the other side of the level and got him stuck on a wall so I can get all kills, which maybe caused my problem where he sinks into the floor when he pulls out his guns in the final Boss arena of First Encounter, and thus softlocks my entire run since he can't move into the middle to die. I tried to use cheats to find a level exit trigger in the floor or maybe KillAll Ugh Zan, but neither worked. If you do know where an exit trigger is, please let me know.
