A remake of Mickey Mouse and The World Of Illusion.

There is nothing I want more than a remake of The World Of Illusion, I think it was better than castle, it had more content and the environments were amazing. Please download a gens emulator and play it if you haven't it's amazing. I want this community to make enough noise to create even a chance it might happen. I can't find how to contact anyone who remade this and I think the studio who make castle has closed.. if anyone else wants a remake of the next one please reply.

If it's the one where you played in coop with Donald Duck (2 players), then yes. It's an incredibly fun and amazing game, even more so than Castle of Illusion.

World of Illusion remake with 2P coop (local + online) would have been very nice, but so would a Mickey Mania remake.

One of my favorite Mickey Mouse games is: The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey & Minnie, later titled Disney's Magical Quest 2 Starring Mickey & Minnie.

Would love to see it be remastered and brought to Steam.

I want the Haunted mansion game on Steam! I loved that game back in the day! I don't think it's beyond Disney interactive's ability to bring that to steam. I'd buy that the second I saw it!

Yep, Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck World of Illusion was awesome, I would really love to play it on Steam, And please don't forget about Linux :)

Oh yes, I had it on the genesis (Mega Drive) and it was amazing. Very good game and still fun to play

Sadly the studio got closed after the release of Castle of Illusion remake, so I guess the chances for that are close to zero, unless Sega hires some other developer for it (which I doubt they will).

Yeah because hiring a development studio is oh so difficult *smh

The bigger problem is obviously Disney and the license. But if it was possible, i'd like to see remakes of all Illusion games, especially Land of Illusion.

World of Illusion is one of my favourite Genesis games. I'd love to have a remake of it.

While World of Illusion was nice, people who grew with Sega games remember Land of Illusion which was the closest thing we had of a "open-world" game back then.

I recommend checking for Master System / Game Gear for those who are unaware. If they gave Land of Illusion the same treatment it would be amazing.

The biggest thing I adored about World of Illusion is the Music. As a kid, there were ALOT of games I played, but this game was special. The game had captivating music that captured the essence of the stage. Songs like "Enchanted Forest part 2", Sunken Ship, Beach (Donald), Cloud stage, Underwater Stage......I can go on and on about it. Composers did an amazing job on this.

To top it off, Co-Op mode was a blast to play! Yes some stages were a bit challenging with 2 people doing their own thing, but with 3 older brothers, it was easy to jump in and out and still have fun.

I have wanted this game to get a remake since Castle of Illusion got announced. Sucks that it wasnt the path they took. I wonder why....

YES! That was my FAVORITE game as a kid. That and World of Illusion :)
