Multiplayer Quicksave, and Saving Multiple Runs
Under the right circumstances it's possible to keep a run going for 10 missions and up on the highest difficulty (and certainly that's even easier to do on lower difficulties), I even saw a YouTuber who almost reached mission 80. This takes a long time so it's not possible to do with friends due to a lack of quicksave.

In addition, it would be nice if we didn't have to abandon single-player runs or even other multi-player runs when attempting to start a new run with a different group of friends. After having reached such high mission counts the most fun with the game you get when attempting to keep a single run going as long as possible, just doing five missions or so on a single run and having to quit for time-related reasons simply sucks

Already coming in the update next week.
For playing with different groups or runs just make multiple profiles at the main menu.
No, because then I don't have my save file. Duh.
Save file is meaningless when you've upgraded everything, just use mods to jump start a new one.
There will be a new update with new things to unlock.
And anyway this shouldn't be exclusive to people who unlocked everything, new users should be able to play with friends and solo as well even if they have an ongoing run.

Just make multiple profiles, yes it sucks you can't copy them and have all upgrades on multiple saves but a system to be have multiple saves does exist plus now you have the knowledge of what works and what doesn't and can focus skulls on the important upgrades.
I acknowledge there are solutions but they are pretty awkward and it would be a much better user experience for everyone to just allow saving multiple runs. No real harm in doing that that I can tell.
The new update did pretty much exactly this so that's very cool, thanks developers.
