Solution of the cursor lag in no time to explain (Windows 7/Vista fix)

Lots of people have experienced the problem that when you move the mouse, the game lags incredibely. I have noticed that this problem only happens on windows 7 and this happens because of the aero interface. The solution I have found is to right click on your desktop, go to personalize and choose the classic windows theme. Now run the game and you will see a higher framerate when moving the mouse.

I am Spanish and my mother tongue is not English, so I am sorry of my bad grammar/spelling.

I had found the Solution for Windows 8, it is was wow to me but what u do is u go to ur personalization, then click change mouse pointer, and then u click "use default" and apply

If only change the cursor to default didn't work, (like it happened to me), try to unmark the checkbox of the mouse shadow. Now, it worked!

So I had a problem playing on my laptop because it would target the integrated video card instead of the dedicated card.
I resolved it by going into device manager and disabling the intel video card so it was forced to go to the dedicated card. Then it was fine.
