How to restore old ship?

Hi all.
I deleted a preset ship design (Leaf) by accident and now i dont have it in my design or shipbuilding list anymore ;(
How or can i restore it. I know i could design one myself but it wont upgrade automaticaly if i do that. Id rather get the original design back into my list if i can.

I am not 100% sure but short of a new game i dont think you can get it back, sorry mate

Well, if you obsoleted a preset design (for example a constructor), it comes back as a new version as soon as you increase your ship/-modules tech level enough for the computer to create a new design.

But aside from this I have to agree ... there seems to be no button for "List obsolete designs" and also no "unobsolete"-Button.

Considering that the game still is heavy in development, it is to hope that it will be added soon.

(it nwould also be nice if they added a button for "obsolete design and never ever create a new version of this design anymore". For combat ships I prefer to create my own hand tailored ships ... and only use standard designs fopr the beginning and for constructors/freighters/colony ships ... it is a little bit annoying to always have to clean up the list (i.e. obsolete ships) when I have reached a higher ships tech level)

I have seen others say this also BUT never in all my games has this happened, Obso=gone forever till next game. Have you actually had one come back?

Game has to be restarted to get ship back if not you need to do a files scan to get missing or deleted files back.

Ok ill be more careful with that delete button in the designer menu in the future !
