First of all you can get banned for no reason and do nothing about it. you lost your money in the future research a game more before buying it.

Also report this guy hes working with them: datCookie

you can send in a ticket but they wont respond for 2-4 weeks or never and they will just say
"we have evidence of you cheating" and never contact you again
