yeah i was wondering the same thing. i was about to get some bags (I only have one medium left) for some weapons in a trade, then the server shut down, sucked

Maintinance and "performance upgrade", eta is 1 hour so probably at least 2 hours.
It's funny that they updated the Facebook page with "We will be bringing the servers down between 4 - 7 today" AFTER the servers were already down.
