Lag Fix!
After playing the game and suffering from trouble lag for 800+ hours, my fellow =KZO= clan mate & friend Matt and I came up with the following fix that worked great for me and may do the same for you.

Use the link below to open the following ports in your Windows Firewall.

33000 - 34000 TCP & UDP

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/open-a-port-in-windows-firewall

Use the link below to open the same ports in your Router.

http://portforward.com/

After you have opened the required ports in your Windows Firewall and in your
Router, download and install this free and easy to use port checker tool:

http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm

Using the port checker tool, verify that 33000 - 34000 TCP & UDP ports are open.

Launch the game.

After the game launch, use the Windows key to exit the game.

Access the Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl, Alt & Delete.

From the windows Task Manager screen on the Processes Tab, right click on:

Infestation process and select set priority and set priority to High and click the
Change priority box.

Right click on the Steam process and select set priority and set priority to Low
and click the Change priority box.

Right click on the PnkBstrB process and select set priority and set priority to High and click the Change priority box.

Left click on the previously opened game icon located on your task bar to reenter the game.

You may need to set the game priority to High each time you start the game.

After accomplishing the above, my game now run's better then its ever before!

I had the same amount of lag after doing all of these directions.

why do u need to open up 1000 ports?

i dont think this is needed

also that port range r u sure warz is using it cause its used by some very nasty stuff

The issue was closed as it doesn't look like there's anything you yourself can do to fix the issue. It's something we'll have to put on in a patch. There are a couple of steps you could take that might clear up the issue, but I'm not sure how effective they'll be.
1. Add exceptions in your firewall and antivirus for the launcher and game (warzlauncher.exe and warz.exe)
2. Ensure ports 33000-34000 are unblocked.
3. Enable DMZ on your router.
If none of that helps, you can try bypassing the router and plug your computer directly into your modem and turn off your antivirus and firewall.
And if absolutely none of that works, you're just gonna have to wait for a patch from us.
