black screen ''nvidia'' 660

in the last patch my screen goes black for 10 seconds and I have to close my computer because the game does not respond. My graph is a new gtx 660 and I only happens with this game. someone else happened to him? sorry for my English

If its the computer, it sounds like an overheating issue as lots of ppl on the main forums have been complaining of heating issues, same thing on here there has been a few posts above it. the game isn't optimized properly and heating up rather quickly

The game does not respond, the team is not heated (liquid cooling). This happens to me since the last patch. The restart the computer is because the task manager stays in the background and I can not close task

is your cpu and video card liquid cooling, or just your cpu? if its only your cpu, then your GPU can still overheat

I installed the new nvidia drivers, the physx included. The problem is that it gives the black screen and unresponsive the game, then you have to close session because you can not see the task manager, the cause of which remains in the background, the graphic is new and the temperature at full load is 62 º. The question is not whether it is the fault of nvidia driver or the latest patch of infestation. Anyone else this happened to you?

Im abusing my nvidia GT 220, everything min setting and so far no smoke frm the tower.

my 650 ti gets rather hot as well. and poor FPS - I know a 650-ti is a step down from your 660, but looking at the graphics in this game I'm bewildered why these respectably decent mid-range cards get hammered so hard.

I only play to check out new patches though.
I find the quit button usually the most satisfying aspect of the game.

the truth that the optimization of the game by programming this a bit wrong. The game should or consume 50% of what you consume less graphics make much power will needlessly. I hope that in the near future will fix these small problems

I just had this problem today, never had it before either. I was just simply walking next thing I know my screen goes black and died to a zombie. It was kinda bs like it was planned or something lol! I'm using a gtx670 4gb btw

This happens to me too, it's not an overheating issue. My entire PC doesn't go above 50c when playing this game.
It's definatly a software patch issue as it didn't do this 6 months ago when I last played!
